In this post I would like to talk about Black and White photos. In my head I have a classification: Video is the biased form of visualizing a moment, a photo comes second as it only captures what's in the frame, you cannot see beyond the frame, nor does the frame move like in the video.
3rd on in my classification is B&W photo. It doesn't reflect the colors. Imagination is even more involved here. It's hard to tell between a white and yellow in a B&W photo. It's almost impossible to distinguish yellow and off white. In my opinion, it is a lot less biased than a video. It reflects everything as-is. Therefore it is more natural.
